Hi, I’m Valeria —
websites & AI‑agents
built by hand.

Websites and stores in code, AI agents and automation, brand and launch. Usually this gets split across four contractors — I do all of it myself, faster and with no handoff gaps.

Who I am

No agencies, no middlemen — just me and your project.

Not a team, not a studio of 12. One person who has already walked the full path from sketch to sales — which is exactly why I deliver while an agency is still aligning on the brief.

Most founders hire a designer, a developer, a marketer and an automation engineer — and spend about 40% of the time just keeping those four in sync.

I hold all four roles myself. Not to be cheap — for speed and precision. Between design and code there’s no bridge of explanations, between code and CRM no separate brief, between CRM and ads no 30-minute call.

One of my key projects is EMBODY, a Ukrainian women’s clothing store. I took it from a logo sketch to a production site with an admin panel, orders, returns and a Telegram bot for managers. Everything you see in the services below is already battle-tested on it in production.

What I do

Five concrete services, no open-ended hours.

No endless hourly work with an open scope. A concrete result, a fixed price, a predictable timeline — you know upfront what you pay for and when you’ll have it in hand.

from $2,0005–8 weeks

A full-scale store

Next.js 14 + Supabase + WayForPay or Stripe. A custom CRM with a loyalty program. SMS auth with a branded sender. Pixel-perfect layout from the mockup. Technical SEO from day one. An admin panel — you add products yourself, without a developer.

A store where you add products yourself without a developer, orders land in Telegram, and Google sees you from day one.

from $1,5001–3 weeks

An MCP server for Claude

A rare specialization. I wire your business logic in as tools that Claude calls directly — no middleware, no homemade no-code glue.

Claude takes over your routine — orders, customer replies, reminders — with no extra dashboards. Your team talks to Claude in plain language.

from $500up to 1 week

Synthetic UX research

60 synthetic personas walk through your site in a single day — each with their own character, background and level of nitpicking. A list of problems with quotes, recommendations and a fix-time estimate. My own addition — a separate pass of 10 expert critics: they catch even the tiniest things an ordinary eye would miss, before your user ever sees them.

In a single day I show where real people would get stuck or leave the site. It replaces a $10k+ UX agency that would take a month to do the same.

from $6001–4 weeks

A landing page with research

A standalone Next.js landing page with synthetic JTBD research that the copy is built on. Brand canon, typography, palette. Indexed in Google and in ChatGPT/Perplexity from the very first version.

A site that brings in leads and looks like a $20k boutique-agency build — but ready in two weeks.

from $300up to 1 week

Production Audit

A deep audit of an already-running product: a synthetic panel of 5 QA testers, 5 web developers and 3 FinOps experts. A severity report on code quality, security, speed and infrastructure spend — it catches leaks that ordinary code reviewers miss.

The easiest way to start working together: within a week you see what to fix first and what it costs. The audit fee counts toward the project if we go further.

Case studies

Recent projects.

Not Behance mockups or Figma concepts. Everything below runs in production — with real users and real money.

Some case details are under NDA — I only show publicly what I can.

Client · full cycle

EMBODY from sketch to sales

client project · production · 2026 · embody.com.ua

I built the whole stack myself: logo, fonts, brand identity, packaging, production site, an admin panel with orders, returns and lookbooks — with no developer alongside. Not a Shopify template, but a full architecture from scratch for one specific brand. This is also where my GPM-60 method was proven — 60 synthetic personas and a critics’ pass (all 23 problems found were closed, 11 of them right after the audit).

Rival Run a Shorts factory in code

YouTube channel · open case · 2026 · channel

A YouTube channel of animated versus-races where the entire pipeline is code and agents. Plots and drama are written by a multi-agent team on Claude: a scriptwriter, a packager and a critic-gate that catches copyright and ban risks before publishing. Every frame is rendered in code (Python + Pillow), ffmpeg assembles the vertical Shorts. Titles, descriptions and packaging are in English for a US audience.

AI automation · NDA

AI monitoring of industry news

client project · production · 2026

The client needed to keep a daily eye on five industry sources. I built the system: scheduled collection of publications, AI classification of each by 9 categories and a status, collapsing one event from different outlets into a single row, a registry in Google Sheets and a morning Telegram digest at seven — urgent items in a separate block on top, the noise stays in the sheet and doesn’t bother anyone. I taught a cheap model with an expensive one: same quality, AI cost dropped from $33 to $7 a month.

~1,500 publications/mo the system reads on its own 7 days from brief to production $7/mo instead of $33 for AI — distillation Cloud — runs without my laptop
AI content + ads

EverStory an AI content engine

live · client project · family memory

A client brand about family memory: a book where photographs come with stories told in the voices of relatives. I built a custom AI content pipeline (Seedream → Nano Banana Pro → Kling 2.1 → ffmpeg) to the client’s brand book, and a team of agents that carries a post from idea to finished frame — with a separate gate that checks the physics of the shot and the legibility of the text on the book cover.

30+ posts in one consistent style $0.20–0.40 cost per post 7 agents — from script to frame 4 QA passes before publishing
Client · rebrand + landing

A law-firm site brand, landing, intake admin

client project · under NDA · 2026

A law-firm association (details under NDA). I did a full rebrand — a new palette (milk + beige + green with gold accents), several logo iterations with an expert-panel vote, a multi-page site in code, an intake form with document uploads, and an admin where the team sees every request. Technical SEO with markup for a legal practice.

GPM-60 synthetic UX research

my own configuration · battle-tested on EMBODY

Sixty agents walk through the product in a single day: fifty as shoppers with their own budget and reason to buy, ten as nitpicking critics. The nitpicking is the feature: critics surface what an ordinary shopper can’t put into words. The output isn’t advice but a list of problems with a severity, a persona quote, a counter of “how many agents hit this”, and an estimate of hours to fix.

60 agents — 50 shoppers and 10 critics 23 problems on EMBODY — all closed 1 day from launch to report from $500 · up to a week including the review

FAQ

The essentials of working together.

Who will actually build my project — an agency or one person?
One person. Design, code, database, integrations, CRM, analytics and ads — I do all of it myself, with no handoffs to subcontractors. Nothing is lost between stages, so it ships faster than at an agency.
How much do your services cost and how long do they take?
A store in code — from $2,000 (5–8 weeks), a landing page with research — from $600 (1–4 weeks), an MCP server for Claude — from $1,500, synthetic UX research — from $500, a production audit — from $300. I give the exact range after a brief, the same day.
What is your stack?
Next.js + Supabase + WayForPay or Stripe, a custom admin panel, my own MCP servers for Claude, Meta Pixel + GA4. Specific versions tested in production — no SaaS glue, no Zapier.
Can I manage the site myself, without a developer?
Yes. Every project comes with an admin panel: you manage products, orders, returns and content yourself. At EMBODY the owner and a manager run the store with no developer.
What is synthetic UX research (GPM-60)?
In a single day, 60 synthetic personas walk through your product — 50 as shoppers, 10 as nitpicking critics — and return a list of problems with severity, a quote and a fix-time estimate. The method was proven on EMBODY: 23 findings, all closed. From $500.
Do you work with clients abroad and in English?
Yes — remotely, with all working correspondence in English. I take 1–2 new projects a quarter and choose carefully. I reply personally within 24 hours on business days.
Let’s talk

Let’s build something.

Open to 1–2 new projects this quarter. I choose carefully — so a few sentences in your first message are enough: what you do, what stage you’re at, and which task hurts the most. I reply within 24 hours on business days, personally, with no assistant and no templates.

Open to project work,
long-term — case by case.

I take project tasks with a clear scope, a fixed price and an upfront payment — you know in advance what you’ll get and when. Long-term work of 3–12 months is discussed separately: the rhythm, the scope and the terms are agreed around the specific product.
